Our Winter/Spring 2025 After School Clubs (ASC) registration is now open thru January 31, 2025 on the Your After School (YAS) website.

To make sure you are ready for registration, please follow these steps:

• Create an Account: 
  • You can create a new account (or sign in to your current account) on the YAS website.
  • As a reminder, Fox Meadow PTA Membership is required to sign up for ASCs.
• Review the After School Clubs Schedule: Based on parent feedback, we are starting our ASC Winter/Spring semester earlier than in past years so that it starts the Monday after the last Fox Meadow play performance and before the winter break, lengthening the duration of clubs to 12 or 13 weeks. Full club descriptions and information can be found on the YAS Fox Meadow page. 
• Please  remember that the final schedule of clubs is subject to change and that the most up to date information can be found on the YAS website. 

Registration Queue Reminders:

• Registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Stay in the Queue: Don’t leave the queue once you’ve entered it! Leaving the queue may cause you to lose your spot.
• Use the Waitlist Option: If a club is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. This helps us track demand and plan for more spots if needed.
