E-Blast Form Instructions

Please use this form to include your event in our weekly or standalone PTA emails, update the FM PTA website with your event details or create an online sales form.

 

Below are specific instructions for filling the form:

  • Event Name & Event Date(s): Kindly mention the name of the event and clearly specify the dates on which it is scheduled to take placePlease use the MM/DD format when specifying dates (e.g., September 2 should be written as 9/2). If your event spans multiple dates, list them using a comma-separated format (e.g., 9/2, 9/3).
  • E-blast Subject Line: Kindly include the exact subject line as it should appear in the email.

  • Include in Weekly Sunday Eblasts?: This field will indicate whether the message should be included in the weekly blast distributed every Sunday evening.

  • Weekly E-blast Date(s) Requested: If the above answer is yes, please specify the dates on which the message should be included in the weekly e-blasts distributed every Sunday evening. Please use the MM/DD format when specifying dates (e.g., September 2 should be written as 9/2). If the communication is scheduled for multiple dates, list them using a comma-separated format (e.g., 9/2, 9/3).

  • Standalone/ Reminder Email(s) Requested?: This field will specify whether the message is intended to be sent as a standalone email on the dates provided.

  • Standalone/ Reminder Email Date(s) Requested: If the above answer is yes, please specify the dates on which the standalone/ reminder message needs to be sent. Please use the MM/DD format when specifying dates (e.g., September 2 should be written as 9/2). If the communication is scheduled for multiple dates, list them using a comma-separated format (e.g., 9/2, 9/3).

  • Email Copy: Please insert all content exactly as it should appear, including the day, time, description, hyperlinks, and contact information for inquiries. If the majority of content remains unchanged from last year, kindly indicate that and only provide updates where necessary (e.g., dates, times, committee members). Example: ‘All copy/graphics are the same as last year with updated dates/times and chair members.’

    If the reminder emails need to have updated text for different dates, please mention that as well.

  • New Graphics?: If you wish to include updated graphics, please upload the image file here. If you are reusing graphics from last year, kindly indicate this in the email content above.

  • Selling anything on PTA Website?: Please select ‘Yes’ if the communication involves selling any items through the PTA website. e.g. ticket to play, spiritwear etc.
