PTA Volunteer Opportunities and Other Forms

 
 

Below you will find links to various volunteer opportunity sign-up sheets and other forms. The PTA Volunteer Form lists all of the committees seeking volunteers throughout the coming school year. Please feel free to select as many committees as you like. Once the school year is underway, GoogleDocs spreadsheets for most school-wide volunteer activities will be posted here in advance of the appropriate sign-up times.

 
 
General PTA Volunteer Form
Complete the survey above to volunteer for this year's committees.

Complete the above form and submit to the PTA Treasurer, for all PTA-incurred expenses.
 
Print out and complete the form above to request a room at Fox Meadow for your PTA committee's event / activity occurring during school hours only.  All forms must be submitted to the school secretary, Debbie Vellozzi, at least 5 days prior to the date requested.  This deadline for submission will allow room conflicts to be avoided as well as ensure proper room set up by the custodians for the PTA event / activity requested.
  
Print out and complete the form above to request a room at Fox Meadow for anything outside of school hours (i.e. Girl Scouts, After School Clubs, evening PTA meetings, etc.).  All requests prior to 8:35am and after 3:10pm need to go through the Scarsdale School District buildings and grounds office and submitted to Lori Speight.  For more information, please visit the Facilities & Grounds Building website or call  914-721-2440.
 
 
Specific volunteer opportunities throughout the year will be communicated through class parents and the FM PTA weekly eblast.
